About the Village

The Village is a co-working and event space located on Level 1 at 4 Brown Street in Ponsonby Central.

Founded in 2020, The Village originated in a cosy, colourful villa in Herne Bay and was built to create a welcoming space for people to work and play in a home-away-from-home.

Designed for modern ways of working, it offers flexible co-working memberships, dedicated desks, private offices, and bookable meeting rooms and boardrooms. The spaces are thoughtfully designed to be calm, functional, and considered, supporting focus without feeling corporate.

Outside business hours, The Village becomes a flexible venue for commercial and private events. The loft-style space can be configured for conferences, brand activations, launches, photoshoots, workshops, and celebrations.

Hospitality is built into the experience. Our team can manage catering, beverages, and front-of-house service, making it easy to deliver events that run smoothly from start to finish, or you're welcome to BYO too.

The Village is a beautiful, design-focused space with a number of areas for our members to experience. Our quiet and social work zones are floating desk style throughout meaning no permanent desks.

$45/day (excludes exclusive meeting room booking)

10 Pack concessions pass
$390 (Valid for 3 months and can be used
across multiple people/teams)

Permanent Desk
$650+GST/month (6 desks available)

Private Office 1 : Large (suitable for 4- 6 pax
$4,250+GST/month (6 desks available)

Private Office 2 : Small (suitable for 2- 5pax)
$3,500+GST/month (6 desks available)

Flexi Membership
$325 + GST/month for 2 days/week
